This policy outlines our payment practices and the conditions under which refunds may be granted for our lawn care and outdoor property maintenance services.
Payment
Payment for services is due at the time of service or according to the terms set out in your service agreement. We accept the payment methods listed at the time of booking. All prices are shown in the local currency and do not include applicable taxes unless explicitly stated. Pricing may vary based on the scope of work, property size, and specific project needs.
Service Cancellation
If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled lawn care visit, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made late or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee equal to a percentage of the service cost. This applies to both one-time visits and recurring maintenance appointments.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are evaluated individually. If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service due to our own error, we will either re-perform the service or issue a refund for that particular visit. Refunds are not provided for services that have been satisfactorily completed or for work that you approved upon completion.
Service Adjustments
If you are not fully satisfied with our lawn care service, please contact us within 48 hours. We will review your feedback and may offer corrective work, a partial refund, or an additional service at our discretion when appropriate.
Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances
In cases of severe weather or other conditions outside our control, we may postpone scheduled work to ensure safety and maintain service quality. We will then arrange a new appointment with you. Refunds are not issued for weather-related delays.
Billing Disputes
If you believe your invoice contains an error, you must contact us within 15 days of the billing date. We will promptly investigate and correct any verified mistakes.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Actual processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card issuer, or financial institution.

We reserve the right to update this Payments & Refund Policy at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website and becomes effective upon posting.
